1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to define the terms and conditions for making the site and services available by Gregory Aubertin, hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher”, and the conditions of use by the user, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.

The content of the site (structure, algorithms, design, logos, texts, source codes) is the exclusive property of Gregory Aubertin.

• Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or exploitation is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

• Improper use that the User might make of the tools or information provided on the site.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the services as well as these Terms of Use to adapt them to changes in the site or legislation.

7. Termination

The User may stop using the service at any time. In the event of non-compliance with these terms, the Publisher may restrict or delete the User’s access as of right.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable solution, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Créteil.
